Hi, After playing the first missions where you start with your new characters, (After the 1st 2 missions when you have a full party) I completed the mission and didn't see a place to stop exactly, and closed the browser. Ever since then I haven't been able to login, the spinning wheel never stops, and I never login. If I type in a bad password, I will get a prompt stating that the credentials are incorrect, so I know I have the correct credentials. Seems like my account is stuck in some odd state, please advise. Thanks Edit: My account name is the same as my forum account.
While the wheel is spinning, can you please bring up the console (press F1) and then cut and paste what you see into this thread. Thanks!

Hi, I'm having the same issue this evening. There were a couple of updates that went in to the latest build which might help. If they don't, can you post your browser version and Flash version here as well?
Still no change, I just get the wheel spinning indefinitely. I'm on a Mac using Chrome Version 27.0.1453.116 with flash version 11.7.700
Okay, try creating a file named "mm.cfg" in your home directory that contains the lines: Code: PolicyFileLog=1 PolicyFileLogAppend=1 Then after you try to log in, find flashlog.txt in your Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player/Logs folder and send it to support@cardhunter.com and we can take a look at it and see if that helps us figure out what's going on.
I'm having the same issue, and I might know what's causing it. My game froze in the middle of a mission, so I closed it and reopened it. It might be possible that the accounts are still logged in and attempting to process things and not letting a new login override it. That would also explain why the server maintenance would have fixed it. During maintenance, all accounts would have been forced to log off. I recommend reading those files. They will prove an interesting distraction while we wait for the issue to be fixed. You can find them like this: http://live.cardhunter.com/data/gameplay/Adventures/Adventures.csv They are game data files, not any errors.
You're a very fast reader! You can probably earn a doctorate while we wait, get a well-paying job and invest money in Card Hunter so they can afford to hire 24/7 support staff. Problem solved!
If your issue persists beyond one hour, I would suggest you send a message to support@cardhunter.com with your account name.
Pengw1n, the server is down and has been for the past hour. If everyone followed your advice support would get a LOT of email .
