    That is awesome. Does sparkling cloth armor trigger even if another armor (say reliable armor) prevents the damage?

    If its a 3 dam to target, SCA triggers successfully followed by RM, total dam = 0, the move won't trigger.
    If its a 3 dam to target, SCA triggers unsuccessfully followed by RM, total dam = 1, the move will trigger.

    Move triggers only when all dam calculations after armor reduction are complete and total dam>0. Hope it helps. :)

    Still, RM + SCA + PoK seems like an awesome way to chain a 1-dmg hop around the board. :p

    Any monster that occurs individually isn't subject to action points (turning grey).

    Question—Mystical Wyrm/Drakehide have a die roll for their boost effect, but not for their armor, is this intentional? Currently, "always trigger" armors with an armor amount (Reliable Hide/Mail) are 1+, so Bad Luck interacts with them. Why are the new hides not like this? The armor always triggers, but there's no auto-success die roll. I have no problem with the new behavior, it's just a weird inconsistency. Should the Reliable armors lose their die rolls?

    Are you certain? I didn't think Bad Luck could cause a roll to drop below 1. (At the very least, I have never seen reliable hide/mail fail while I had bad luck attached.)

    Oh, duh, that's right. So there's no functional difference between the armor on Reliable Hide and on Mystic Xhide, and that makes me wonder even more why the inconsistency in presentation. I would probably just remove the die roll from Reliable Mail and Reliable Hide. I don't think that would hurt anything.

    It is intentional, yes.

    I think the Reliable armors should lose their dice rolls. Bad Luck can't force a roll below 1, so 1 is functionally equivalent to no roll (at least at the moment). I could imagine an effect that distinguished them but no such effect exists currently.

    In general, I always prefer to have less dice rolls, so removing the roll from the Reliable armors is a good thing.

    Awesome, do you think the Reliables will be patched alongside the expansion? It makes sense to roll at the same time I think. And I agree that fewer die rolls = better.

    EDIT: Just saw the commit note on Twitter lol

    I think not, since those cards existed within the game even if they weren't available for regular play (e.g. in the Greenfang battles, in multiplayer AI decks).

    The Story: Venterr played a Vicious Thrust, had a PoK attached and basically hopped across the entire board before delivering the blow. Started at pos (3,6), ended at pos (8,3).... Nimble Strike OP ? pfffft...
