I understand that I need to open ports 8080, 9933, and 8443 on my firewall in order to play the game. Can you please also provide me with the port ranges these need to be open for so that I lock this down properly?

The live server IP address *shouldn't* change without major infrastructure-related changes on our part. You could open those ports up to the current IP of 54.235.71.82. There's no guarantee this will work in the long term, but in the short term it should do. And you can always check back if it stops working.
