Paid for basic membership / not getting proper chest rewards

After paying $25.00 basic membership I opened a chest and expected my club reward item to be at least the same rarity as the lowest rarity in chest or better. The normal chest had a rare item and the club reward item was uncommon. Is my understanding of the system wrong?

The club reward is at least as rare as the guaranteed rarity of the chest and not the way you said. The guaranteed rarity of a normal chest is common. This is a very common misunderstanding, we have talked many times about the club rewards needing to be explained more clearly.

On another note, i already recieved one Legandary item from the club reward pillow. This lessens the frustration
