For the past few days, every time I try to play, at the log in screen I get a message the Adobe flash has crashed. I have the latest version of Adobe, 18.0. I've tried everything I could think of and nothing works, even deleted all my cookies and reinstalled everything.
The quickest fix might be to try another browser. SRWare Iron and Opera aren't the most popular, but they've been working well for me. If a different one works, you'll at least know it's a browser related problem.
No, I get the same message for all browsers, except for chrome, which seems to think I don't have adobe 11.5 or higher, no matter how many times I download and install it.
I've seen this before in the past, but I can't remember what the real cause was. Have you tried completely uninstalling Flash before installing a fresh version?
Have you cleared your web cache? https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache I seem to recall some cases mentioned here on the forum where the browser had several Flash versions installed. You could check which browser add-ons you have installed, delete any old ones. Maybe the latest one for good measure, reboot the PC and and reinstall latest Flash. I'll see if I can find any cases like that on the forum.
The multiple Flash installations thing was on Chrome: http://forums.cardhunter.com/threads/chrome-blank-black-screen-fix.5119/ Another mention: http://forums.cardhunter.com/threads/had-an-issue-with-fps-found-a-not-ideal-solution.2643/ Here's one possible debug measure if all else fails: installing a debug Flash: http://forums.cardhunter.com/threads/empty-map.5930/#post-62766
Can you play Flash games on other sites? General things you can try (probably most of these don't apply to your situation): http://forums.cardhunter.com/threads/cant-connect-to-game.1938/
Ok, I did what you suggested, and it seemed to work. I even managed to play a game in pvp. After I won, but before collected my loot, it crashed again.
