Looking at balance, here. Of course, note that this is armchair feedback because I haven't played any competitive PvP with the new items. Twisting Shield — Hard to Pin Down, Pushback Parry, Pushback Parry — is an uncommon tokenless shield that is strictly better than many legendaries, tokened or otherwise — e.g. Granwick's Shield. . . . I'll update this thread with more thoughts as I have them.
I admit I found pushback parry to be odd when I first saw it. For one thing, should it work with step-stabs? Also, you'd think it'd be proportional to the step attack you're parrying. Like you should be able to push 4 on nimble strikes, but only one on vicious thrusts. Am I out of line thinking that?

Er, HtPD is now on a tokenless item without any drawbacks? Wat? There is no shield better than that, especially given that warriors are so token-constrained.
