Game freezing question

  1. Yes this is happening to me too. Also is becoming more frequent. Really hope the fix works.
    I prefer to not play all my leagues macthes whem im not on steam because is so annoying.

    I just did another LF run, the same map as the last post, but this time rather than crashing 50 times like I did a few hours ago, I "crashed" once - and that turned out to be my partner's fault as they froze rather than myself, maybe both of us. Not sure if the new build has been added to the live server, but whatever it is is helping.
    What I find peculiar is that I first experienced the freezing and crashes when I did a LootFairy run, RIGHT after reset, and now the problem has lifted RIGHT after reset when I did another LootFairy run... coincidence? Mini DoS attack? Government testing alien specimens? Or a ripple in the matrix?

    We made a change to our Flash security policy settings. It fixed an issue I was having connecting to one of our tools using Chrome, so I'm hopeful that it might help with this issue too. Let us know either way.

    I am still experiencing a lot of lag and I still crash if I leave CardHunter logged in for over an hour and unattended.
    But thank you for at least removing the card freezing.
    Edit: All back to normal, thanks guys!

    Intel Pentium G620 2.6 Ghz.

    The game freezes sometimes on card draw, trait play, enemy play, during an attack, during a move.
    Basically, in an eight minute multiplayer battle, I'll have to spend four minutes reloading the game.

    Can you check you game log for us please? The first time this happens in a battle/session, press F1 twice and then copy the text that you see displayed.

    It would also be helpful to check for any errors in the Chrome console which you can bring up from the Chrome menu (three dots in the top right corner of your browser) followed by "More Tools" and then "Developer Tools". Select the Console and note any errors.

    Finally, it would be informative to try another browser (Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc) and see if the problem persists. Oh, and try the Steam client too if you can (http://store.steampowered.com/app/293260).

    As I play this game at work, there is absolutely no way I can provide any of this. Console function is disabled, and there are no other browsers.

    However, I can tell you that I've been happily playing on Google chrome at work for YEARS, and it worked perfectly up until maybe a month ago?

    Edit2: usually watching games, the "freeze" its solved if you leave the battle and enter again, maybe it can be put a buttom that "refresh" the battle status when it froze (reconecting the battle) until it figured why it froze.

    This game absolutely sucks all it does is freeze ranked season and co-op can’t literally get through a single game I’m 10-10 in ranked season because ever game freezes
