Could i get a reset on account, please, thank you?

    Account name is JediMage. Also would be great to get such option ingame, some kind of button with many "are you sure"s and "you will lose all you pizza"s.

    Any reset request should be made to support@cardhunter.com - as some validation before a reset is probably needed.

    Wasn't there just some threads where someone asked for reset and got reseted? Like here? Damn bureaucracy.

    That "damn bureucracy" occurred a year ago. So no, resets are not common - and not guaranteed. Your best and quickest way to find out is to contact support via the adress supplied, which is especially important in case you have purchased pizza et c. I wasn't trying to make it hard for you, rather the opposite.

    i already did, im just pointing out that thats kind of stupid. I searched the forum. found thread, done same and then got reply that i cant do it like that anymore. Also i had no pizza or packs purchased on that account whatsoever.

    I wouldn't call it stupid, I suspect there's good reasoning behind the email requirement for a hard reset. Imagine if someone had the ability to get mad at another player create a forum account of a same or similar name as the person they were mad at and ask for a reset! An email request on the other hand is a little easier to verify.

    Also as you can see from this response, email requests get faster results, so Pengw1n's effort to help you out will also speed up the process a bit. So maybe appreciation for his quick response and helpful direction would be more appropriate than complaints and frustration? (I mean seriously he had a response to your original post in 3 minutes, that worth some level of thanks!)

    Meh, guy just does his job. You dont thank omni each time he heals you, you dont thank moderator each time he replies you )
    Besides im frustrated not upon him but rather upon the system itself. I have forum account registered on the same email i have game account registered. So it could easily be verified )
    Besides i hate the whole pvp idea so noone could get frustrated on me as i never pvped ^_^

    Welcome to the game. fyi: the moderators are not paid staff, they are not obligated to respond. Neither are the wiki contributors or the many other friendly forumers. I would thank the omni who healed me, especially if he's on the opponent's team. :confused:

    So you think omni gets money each time he heals you? Goddamn capitalists with their #everything_in_this_world_is_about_money. Also pro tip: enemy omni can only repel you )
    Also i already got account reset ^_^
