Thanks for the offer, but no thanks. I wouldn't bother checking any external page that would give me additional info.

@timeracers, I'm afraid your efforts would face undue annoyance if when people changed their entries throughout the month. You wouldn't just need to check the latest additions and update the file; you'd need to review the entire thread regularly to make sure your file stayed accurate. Like Pawndawan said, though, yes, thank you for the offer. $:^ J

Alright, submissions are closed—thanks for submitting everyone!

I'll hopefully get results up within the week. AA7&MM15 timing may be slightly irregular depending on what else is going on with the test server ;)

Monthly pie and stats for AA #7: Submitted item types were all over the place this time. Arcane Skill was the only item type that didn't have any submissions.

The "no damage!" restriction made many cards non-eligible, but I was still quite surprised to see so many submissions with attack cards. Most were wizard cards on staves and arcane items (Memory Loss, Perplexing Ray, Short Perplexing Ray, etc.)

Most popular hybrid cards were Jump Back, Dodge and Sparkling Cloth Armor.

You might want to double check some of your card listings there. I think you missed Stone Feet.

Thank you for doing this though, because I, like most sane individuals, am too damn lazy to do it ourselves.

    re: Pawndawan's post

Am I the only one shocked at the very specific comparison of item-type quantity (when the requirement is no causing damage) of *two* weapons and *zero* arcane skills. $8^ o

    Now that's funny. $E^ D

The thing with arcane skills is that pretty much every trait has a maxed out version so you either have to do a wonky combination or add an unprecedented utility spell/non-damaging spell. Of course there's never been a 0 attack weapon before either so go figure.

Oops! Thanks for catching that. For some reason, I had accidentally skipped your submission, while recording cards used. Sorry about that.

Pie charts remain intact, all items were already taken into account for those. Top cards have been updated. Martyr Blessing makes it to top 10 cards, and takes the top spot for assists.

Well, it's quite safe to say that both weapon submission, (most) divine weapons and some of the staves don't meet the (AA) item guidelines. For starters, I counted Vholes' 6x Flatten submission as a weapon, though now that I noticed the spoiler title, maybe it should've been a staff. Bleh, not going to redo the charts for that.

The community really seems to like weapons and six card items in general.

Speak-Softly Staff is actually a 6-card elf skill. I expect an updated chart shortly.

I have just randomly looted both of the new AA items on the test server. In other words there is a bonus winner. One of the winning items includes Smoke Bomb. The other includes Inspiring Armor.

I do like the divine armor that got picked. I think it has many cool items in a mix.

Not to mention, time for double sparkling cloth for priests!

Sorry folks, I had scheduled making the video with CT5 yesterday but I was sick! Because of timing restrictions imposed by our work on AI, we're doing the test build for this month's release now (and probably releasing in a few days). I most likely won't get another chance to do the video with CT5 until after the build is live.

    What do you all prefer?
    1) CT5 and I do the video after release (default)
    2) I do a video today on my own
    3) I post an announcement in this thread about the winning items, and then do the video with CT5 after release

    Thoughts?

You should probably do what is best for your health. And the easiest/most convenient for you.

    that's my vote.
