Greetings. I purchased the starter bundle, but am unsure how to claim my bonus characters. Also, if I remove a character from my party is it gone forever? Thanks
You can change single player character skins on the map in a place called "Cuthbert's Costumes". You can see the unlocked skins there and drag them to the character you want. It works the same way in multiplayer. You might have to play the single player campaign for a few missions before you can access the single player costume shop. The removed character moves to the left side, into reserve, and can be moved back. Only pressing the Delete button there removes a character permanently. There is normally no reason to do that.
Actually, you didn't get 9 free characters, you unlocked nine figures that you can use to change the appearance of your chars. Figures can be used on multiple chars so long as they are the right race and class (that's why you got nine: one for each combo) and they can't be deleted. As Jarmo says, you have to go to Cuthbert's to change them, though you can also choose between them when hiring new chars from the tavern. Chars are purchased from the taverns or the starter shop. You'll get a free one of each class in the beginning of the campaign, and another three later when Gary gives you the Adventurers starter deck for free.
