I would love to see a campaign about an evil gnome king in his castle that we need to purge with all his gnomish personal guard!
Nooooo! Don't kill the gnomes! They don't want to be evil - nothing wrong with wanting world domination is there? On a serious note: I'd really like to see a gnome as a playable character - maybe with a tall red pointy hat
Along that line of thinking - they could have an evil campaign where you are able to play the "dungeon" against a set of NPC adventurers. This has been done before in a few other games, but I think it could work very well here, too.
Yeah your right.... I am also looking forward to that idea that Jon and co had about playing the game (human adventurers) with a human Dungeon Master .
Dungeon Keeper: Evil Is Good. But yes, whatever we get for a player vs. player component will bring up the question of "Who is evil?" On the website, we see a "Chop" card used by a Warrior and a "Scaly Hide" card used by a Crimson Dragon: do you think it likely that a traditional hero party, composed of humans and other fleshy characters, would use a "Scaly Hide" card? Maybe . . . but maybe this game will also have different sorts of cards for heroes and villains. If so, then there will be a whole lot of cards which the players will never get to use if they don't get the chance to play the villains.
I would love to see a completely new monster unique to CardHunter. Tie it in to a good back story for the game and so they are a big surprise and not the same ol' dead orc again (although I guess I like dead orcs ).
Interested parties may license the "Flybsurggian Amoebomancer" for use in the game at a reasonable rate.
Proper thief class ( one really focused on stealing and traps ) And for monsters - the dreadfully copyrighted Beholder (its only copyrighted D&D monster) But seriously - I would like to see classic D&D stuff.
That remembers me from an old game called Warlords III. They had a Big giant Dwarf ( doesn't make sense right , dwarf that is a giant? ) with 2 heads :S
Sounds more like an Ettin to me. The Dwarf / Giant joke reminds me of Goffanon from the second Corum Trilogy. He described himself as a Dwarf, but only because he was a mere 8 feet tall...
