I tried finding information about long-term (2+ years) plans and found very little. I recently found Cardhunter via Kongregate and failed in love at the first sight - not only the game, but also developer's attitude to playerbase is awesome. I hope I will be able to play game for long time, which brings me to my questions. How long is BlueManchu going to support the game and maintain servers? I believe Cardhunter is still at the early stage (with one expansion announced and second on the way,mobile version under development, still growing playerbase etc), is this correct? Can I hope for 3-4 years of entertainment in Cardhuntria? How many expansions are planned? How many players are playing simultaneously nowadays? I am looking forward to Your answers.
We do have an expansion in the works. In general you can get hints of what we're working on by following our commits on Twitter. We're also working on bringing coop play to the campaign. I don't think there's any knowledge of grander scale future content/features. I for one intend to support this game as long as possible. 3-4 years? Fine by me.
