What if there's a 'guild's hall' page?

Well, just an idea when I was watching one of your video diary.

Given that there's "Remove from Party" button on each character, I'd hope the character does not get immediately and permanently delete from the game and as such wasting the time you spent in leveling it up.

I'd like to think that once you reach above 3 characters party, all of your characters form a guild in the keep and have their own space to store loot/living area for members who's not with the primary party.

To keep in spirit of the tabletop feeling, the page of the guild hall can be just like the party's sheet clip-board, but showing the 'back' of the character sheet.
It will still have the character's sprite, level, HP, exp, talent, but instead of the equipment and current deck (just make the character un-equip all things when it leave party) it will show list of quests and a mark on which one has been completed for easier tracking of which character's finished which quest.

When the player enter the Keep, there could be a button for "Change Party Members" that will bring the party's board and the guild hall's board next to each other for comparison and changing members.

Is there something to that effect in the plan already?

Indeed, there's no way that removing a character from a party means deletion. At the moment, I'm blanking on the mechanism they use for your horde of spare characters, but I'm sure there is one. Does it look like the system you propose? I don't know, but yours sounds fine to me.

My guess, based on Video Diary 3, would be Startington Keep fulfilling the "home base" sort of function.

When you remove a character from your party they slide off the clipboard into a pile to the left, so you can add them back to your party later if you want. In fact, there are situations where we actively encourage party shuffling!

On some screens this pile will be too far to the left to be visible at first, but you can manually scroll the deckbuilder around or click the arrows next to the exit button to scroll between useful fixed locations.
