Please add the image to your post. How to add images to a post: First find an image you want to add. Second add the image to a website like imgur. Third copy the image address (Not the web page address unless the page is just the image). Fourth click the image button (To the right of the smilies button) and then insert the image's address.
Looks like a bug because the range of values you should be able to get from winning a game is within 1 and 32. (Exception: You get 1000 free elo from wins to get everyone to get to about 1000 elo.)
