If the clichéd gender signifier in the above bothers you so much, feel free to replace it with "technically minded person". The main thrust of my comment was not about gender. No asteriskasteriskasteriskasterisk started.
It's still there. I haven't deleted anything. Your guess is as good as mine as to what's so controversial about it.
Jarmo, to be fair, the first thing I tried to do when I saw your post was expand the instructions. I then got confused when nothing was happening for a few seconds before I realized I was on the forums. >.<
Well, I missed the instructions myself when I used one of Neoncat's tools for the first time and I'm a man, so I know what I'm talking about .

Finally got some pizza on the test server, bought 150 magnificent chest, and now I'm selling off the excess. And for some reason it's not telling me to sell Jittery Sparking even though I have four of them. It did spot the 3 excess Spreading Flames I had. It's also missing my 5 Goldshine Mail and 7 Yolotli Armor. Everything else looked right.
The online utilities are pulling from the live server, which currently has Spreading Flames in Equipment.csv, but not the others. I'll have to think about whether they should pull from test or from live. At the very least, I'm sure that the campaign badge needs to pull from live. I guess I may have to put up collection tools pointing at both test and live, or something...
Could you have the results reverse sorted by rarity? That's the way your inventory defaults to (actually by value, but within each item type that amounts to the same thing).
Changelog v4: - sort collection by decreasing rarity - pull raw data from test server instead of live server (online only) changes pushed online as well
Changelog v5: - added standard utility banner - updated equipment data - input controls remain accessible after data submission
