Tournament Ideas

As the risk of derailing this thread - While I agree with Rob, there was a similar tournament run a while ago with 10 minute timers. From memory it had 32 players (5 rounds) and sounded fairly chaotic. Could be fun to do something similar...

Re-rail: I would be happy to do some recording and commentary for the peasant tournament. PoF won't be contributing any hard-won pizza... maybe future tournaments

 

Isn't this thread about tournament ideas :O Where else to disguss them but here?
With 8 (purple = experienced!) players I'd like to see rounds last up to 25 minutes including everything. And since it's only 8 ppl, it wouldn't get chaotic. Unless you mean all the chaos in-game when both players have their last minute ticking But that's the good chaos!

Edit: I find gulo's latest posts in different threads to be off-topic and... dumb-ish?

 

Not necessarily. People make it into the 1500s in 100 games or less. And there are players in lower ranks with many more games than that.

Just a point.
