The thread to show off your legendaries

It is a curiously short list to be sure. Have you finished the SP campaign? Have you completed all adventures? Have you bought the Treasure Hunt adventures?

 

No, to be fair i remember getting a Turkoise and a Smoked Nauticorn as well now that I think about it.

My highest level dudes are level 14, so I haven't finished the campaign.

I did buy the Treasure hunts and I've completed all of them up to the level 13 one, which i keep failing at. The ogres hoze the crap out of me.

All-in-all I've felt really ill-equipped for the SP campaign the whole way through. Most missions have been REALLY challenging and I lose a lot

That's some bad luck, all right. Still, it's a normal ratio to get only one legendary per 500 items, that's about the frequency they drop from common brown chests. The gold chests should drop them more often, though. You can console yourself with the fact that most legendaries are pretty useless. You're better off with nice non-super-rare items. Hopefully your item luck improves!

 

I've had WAAAAY more than 500 items, I have 500 different items that I haven't sold. Hopefully I have some good stuff...I'm not that familliar with what is considered good, but enemies in adventures always seem to have much higher numbers on thier damage cards than me...possibly I just suck at the game

 

Completed all quests up to level 8 over the past couple of days, and wow... those gold chests are great for items. Got a bunch of epics (mostly ho-hum), and three legendaries in a few hours today:

Fine Brass Toupee
Sabo's Flamespit Staff
Amulet Of Blades

 

Wow, another drop during a short run this morning: my second Red Jon's Staff. Now up to 24 legendaries (plus two treasures I'm holding onto), 4 of which dropped during the last 24 hours.

 

I've had quite a few legendaries drop in the last few days, breaking a long dry spell. The one I will actually use is Raging Battler. The others include Bimson's Glowstone Robes, my second St. Malaj's Cuirass, and two St. Gwendolyn's Armors to complete my first full set of legendaries. The latest is the aptly named and highly laughable Mindless Aggression.

Back to farming...

 

I can't understand how people get alot of legendaries I spend alot of time playing cardhunter, almost everyday I do 11 chests in mp and some adventures (today it was 10, sometimes it is more others less). On weekend I get epic chest and I get very few legenderies, I only have 21 or 22. Am I unlucky or you guys are just lucky? Or maybe I don't play as much as you do?

 

You're not unlucky. This week I played enough to earn over 9K in gold, which I used to buy 3 legendaries and some epics out of the shop. In that time I also randomly picked up a two more legendaries. We're probably talking at least 3-4 hours a day. Week's where Randimar's doesn't have much I usually don't play as much. Sir Veza seems to play a lot as well, based on what he's said and the amount of items he picks up.

 

I don't play MP past the third chest, unless I'm testing out a build. When I farm, I'm getting a chest a minute. If you shake the machine long enough, something nice will fall out of it. ^_^

Also, I think I was just crazy lucky with the quests. I was only doing them for the challenge, and then orange text started popping up everywhere.

 

I'm a care-giver on 12 hour shifts, so I often play 8 to 11 hours per day. I always leave some of my 'grinding' adventures unfinished and farm them for about 15 to 30 chests per hour (depending upon level). The 'end' chests are definitely better, but lock out the adventure until the next day.

 

Got my first Relic Of St. Darqar today, so I thought this would be a good time to display my legendary stash:

 

Got a second Sabo's Flamespit Staff off of the level 9-10 quests, and a Deadly, Deadly Staff from a MP gold chest.

Total count is now 28, plus 3 treasures, with 3 duplicate items (Sabos' Flamespit Staff, Elmer's Pine Staff, and Relic of St. Darqar).

 

I have 13 legendaries now. Some were bought from Randimar's, though I cannot play as much as you guys...
I wish they were more useful though. I actually use 5-6 of them, sometimes even less. My greatest treasure is Larkin's Orb, which I use all the time. Dark Drewg's Mace is also used frequently.

 

Just got The Hackmaster in a club chest after my 3rd daily MP victory!!!
Yes, I know it isn't the best weapon in the game. But my warrior can inflict tremendous damage now, with Bejeweled Shortsword and The Hackmaster... even without the Almighty Hack. BTW did you know that The Hackmaster is the only item with this card? Gotta find some All Out Attacks now
Join the club if you want legendaries! Sooner or later you will be rewarded.

 

Joining the club will lead to more legendaries but not because they only appear in the club slot (they appear also in normal slots) but because you get more chances of getting one as you get more items overall. Also, the club slot has the same guaranteed rarity as the highest guaranteed rarity of the chest so the club slot (in gold chests only!) does contain proportionally more high-rarity items than the normal chest slots.

Bleneth's Skull is easily the best one I got. Funny thing was the night before I was honing a vampire type deck, looked at this on the wiki, thought to myself that's the item I need! First match the next morning, and there it was in a pretty little gold chest
