I think in some situations the push 2 in barge is better than the extra attacks. I use it to camp the victory squares and keep any other meddling warriors away.
This is the only level 14 item I'm missing, and I have extra cash right now. Still not going to buy it.
So is Mokad's Reeking Skull not even worth discussing? I am tempted, might buy it depending on how much gold i make today.
Things that work around squeamish Punishing, terrain attachments, cones, linear and burst, as well purple spells. If you build it right squeamish is not an issue, but doesn't work well with Oblit Spark for example. Combining Heartripper and runestones works well.
When barge only did 2 point of damage this was the clunkiest of clunkers. 5 points ain't for the best repositioning melee has to offer. But as I come from the temple of Kill, Kill!, KILL! less damage makes me less happy and i think i've equipped my barreling about 1 time.
Let the arms race begin! One of the best (if not the best) lvl 18 legendary staff now after punishing bolt's range got nerfed earlier this year.
Well I think i called it just said today i got my Bleneth's skull after forever now onto Blue Destruction
Blue Destruction Peon's Prescription for Prodigious Multiplayers This is one of the most sought after staves. Arcane Burst hits multiple things, doesn't require line of sight, can be hard to block when paired with Spark Inductor and Spark Generator, and most importantly it doesn't care about Resistant Hide. Blue Destruction also doesn't have a particular theme so your other items can be as cheap or expensive as you'd like and your wizard will still play well. Highly recommend purchasing it. Peon's Perspective for Penny-Pinching Singleplayers Another powerful item with a prohibitive token cost. Personally, I don't believe Arcane Burst does anything better than traditional farming spells. Sure, it gets around Resistant Hide but if you aren't running burning spells or lava terrain attachments in your arcane items you aren't going to be dishing out much damage. It is better to spend a few slots on armor removal. Would not purchase. Substitutes None Quick Buckler St. Oliander's Tome Staff Of Pain- One of the better Flash Of Agony staves.
Thanks as always, peonprop...hunch confirmed. I ended up springing for it in the event that I finally decide to dive into MP, but for messing with bursts in SP, two Red Flames or a White Flame and Staff Of A Million Embers (I'm currently halfway to either combo) plus Akon's Amulet still seems like it would be more practical.
I bought a second one. They are amusing to dual wield, but I have not felt an increase in character power.
Maybe word hasn't gotten out yet. Vibrant Pain is still by far one of the most powerful warrior weapons in the game.
