Tghy71's Terrible Transfigurations-Monster Creation Thread!

Wow, I never expected someone to suggest making a character which has a name similar to inquisition and not include any cards related. With these types of post I wonder why I read them. That's right occasionally someone else posts something good and occasionally tolkien by random chance makes something good. From the "Likes" of tolkien's posts there doesn't seem to be much of a reason to post them.
EDIT: Looks like the likes of tolkien's posts have dramatically increased since posting this.

 

Wow, a very stern rebuke from Timeracers. I wasn't finished but had to do something else. I've since returned and finished the post.

 

Went ahead and liked @tolkien's every post in this thread.

Sometimes it's best to stop and think through before posting / saying things in public. And often it's best not to say anything, if you don't have anything positive or at least constructive to say.

 

Thanks @Pawndawan I occasionally run across unintelligent posts like I'm sure mine must have seemed. If I have a moment I try to post something constructive as I've done recently on the Smithy thread.
As far as timeracers is concerned, I use and appreciate his item creation design discussion post frequently.

 

There is a thing called drafts and this forum includes them, so if you want to stop part way through a post please save it as a draft and post it after it is complete.

Interesting play, I didn't expect it in the slightest.

True, though worthless noise has less value then no noise. For example if tolkien was telling me these ideas in person, I would say something like "I'm not really interested in your ideas for characters for this game." Maybe I should use the forum's ignore feature on tolkien, the worthless noise from him is too much for me.

Nice. Too bad there's no 'kick' card. Tripping sweep is as close as we get.
All out attack is also fun to include with tongue lash and tongue grab

There is no monsters that have "Superstitious". Probably for good reasons, but one could make a level based on it.

There is one big monster with lots of HP and extremely good armor and blocks. So it is almost impossible to kill except it also has Superstitious.

There are also two lesser monsters on the level. The players has to time it so that they kill one of the lesser monsters when the big monster has superstitious and also the players has lots of big attacks. Then the big monster loses its defences and the player attacks it.
