I've got this huge collection of items that require all kinds of crazy power pellets...and not the slightest clue how to get any of them. Is there just a shop that hasn't opened up for me yet, or am I merely infused with creeping stupidity? Thanks!
You don't buy the power tokens, you gain them as you level up. Your first minor token is gained at lvl 7.
Your characters earn them as they level up. I believe it's at level 7 when a character gets their first one.
