I can try to help you with your wizard, but I'd need to know what you want to have the wizard do and what you have to use. Actually, just the first part of that, and then we can tailor it to what you have. As for the other two, I have no clue.
It's Impenetrable Nimbus, not nexus. (It's okay, you'll find that we love typo's here.) Vampire's Blade is great for maximizing your number of vampire attacks while cycling your cards. Lifesuck Spear is another great vampire item and is easily found in the shop.
I've been out of MP for a while, but here's my two coppers. For the vampire, check out this and this from @Flaxative . Also, check out the support priests in these builds. Your current one seems more focused on not dying than in killing opponents, which often just results in losing more slowly. The honorable and esteemed gulo gulo can surely help with the wizard.
