Yeah I figure any item I would immediately add to a build would likely be DQed but as a mix/max person I would always choose to push it to the limit. Impaling Stab is my favorite attack, good damage penetrating and range 2. With the trait a nice round 10 points of damage.
You're not thinking big enough. Thruster3000: Laser Thrust x3, Vicious Thrust x2, Blind Rage (lvl 21, Epic ) Thruster2000: Laser Thrust x3, Vicious Thrust, Blind Rage, Obvious Maneuvers (lvl 16, Epic ) Thruster1000: Laser Thrust, Vicious Thrust x3, Blind Rage, Obvious Maneuvers (lvl 12, Rare )
Novice Mysticism (level 9 Rare Elf Skill) Magic In The Air, Elvish Scamper, Large Weapon Yeah, two of the cards aren't supposed to be on Elf Skills, but I still think it would be fairly balanced.
I think Large Weapon should be restricted to weapons. Putting it on a racial skill is a lot like putting Brain Burn on a martial skill.
Divine Weapon --"Prophecy of Doom" Traveling Curse x4 Impenetrable_Nimbus x1 Greater_Holy_Insight x1 Wield two of the above, and wear the Wyvern_Hide_Helmet for another tokenless Traveling_Curse for a total of nine. which would be a legendary level 3 tokenless item. Combo with the St._Xanu%27s_Geneshaper_Gear to pull Adaptable so you can get Adapted_to_Unholy before you... explode.
Call me a hater, but every time I see a submission in AA2 for a Dwarf Skill I get angry... Dwarves already have great skill items at all token levels for almost all builds. The fact that they own both Dwarven War Cry (Which I still say should be a human skill thematically) and Toughness (which I still say should be limited to one per item) is enough love, not mention Blind Rage. Now I know what you are thinking... but doog37 you seem to want better human skills, but Humans have exclusive domain over dominant cards like Lateral Thinking and Forward Thinking. Which leads me to I ask: Have you ever played or played against Forward thinking? and let's face Lateral Thinking only winds up being good due to radiation and this is after a complete re-write of the card. Now I will admit the ___, Team! cards are useful. Inspirational Thinking is super with a full +1 card advantage and rightfully an Emerald but only 1 item doesn't pair it with the OP killer unreliable block, which shows up on 6 Human Skills, you know because hey at least it is never a dead card. For reference unreliable is on 1 Dwarf skill and 0 elf skills. I guess Humans are just the most unreliable. Okay I guess I am done with my straw man argument/ *****-fest but seriously why do I only have 1 like for my proposal... (no I didn't like my own post).
Obvious Tactics (Human Skill, LVL 4, Tokenless, Epic) Alternative to Untrained Tactics, if anyone want to submit this in my place, feel free to do it and maybe win a nice item.
Boooo there are enough Lateral Thinking items already and this is really super similar to Untrained Tactics.
Obvious Tactics (Human Skill, LVL 7, Tokenless, Rare) or (LVL 8, Tokenless, Common) Very different now, feel better? Again feel free to submit it and maybe win a nice item.
Humanity Versatility (Human Skill, LVL 9, , Common) Boiling Armor, War Cry, Purge Probably can not use Purge (Priest only?), but wanted to all be ranged cards so Mages could use it easy too. Could it be a Divine Item (with another name, Counter Support?) ???? Let's discuss about the items, we can still discuss about the ones in this topic (ie. still not submitted), everyone got silent sudden.
Um, because it's still kinda weak? I haven't seriously reviewed the thread yet, but I tracked yours down and liked it. I'm still trying to come up with a playable 2 trait tokenless for humans, but without racial cards like Blind Rage and Elven Maneuvers I'm drawing a blank so far.
