This doesn't give us much time to test the new leagues, or argue about the fees and prizes. I don't know if the lack of testers are because no one knows they're ready for testing, or because people can't afford them even on the test server. EDIT: Wait, did this already happen while I was typing? Seriously, the new leagues aren't ready to go live yet. I think a few haven't even had any games played yet.
