Server Down for Maintenance?

I get the usual message for card hunter server being down for maintenance but there was no announcement about it being down. Why is the server down?

 

I haven't had any problems connecting or staying connected.

 

Tried connecting with chrome and firefox. Also cleared my cache for firefox before making another attempt which also failed to connect. Also since I do live in a house with multiple computers I tried to use another one and that didn't work either.

 

Still can't connect.
