I think the fixed accounts is a good idea, but the ability to shop for specific items (even if limited by what is in the shop) is not in the spirit of a sealed deck style tournament. With the "got chests" feature you could easily assign chests.
As SeƱor Veza said, there are tools to help in the task. And I wouldn't mind creating all the test accounts because you reap what you saw and CH gave a lot to my fun. Even if I have to make 100 accounts caus that means the event would have been a huge success. Plus I am sure I can get some help from trustful players if there are really many registred but imo it won't go higher then the usual 20-30. And the judge can always check the item list of someone if his opponant ask for a deckcheck in the main chat because he feels that his opponant is playing too many good cards or just a NS from a VP. The problem is that this can't be done on the test server because people will still be able to use commands like the one that grants you with one copy of every existing items. Makes me think that maybe, dunno if people will find this interesting or if test servers tourneys aren't really welcome, what about a test server tourney on the regular PvP maps where everyone have access to all items? I know Stexe will like that because he wants to prove that having skills is more important then being a VP owner. Maybe a small tourney to test the balance changes? What about all three? ^^ Past has proven that BM is always generous enough to give prizes to any home made tourney. Of course nothing can be promised at the moment but even if BM adds no prizes, I would be happy to play one for the fun and to test the idea for the future. 2-Altough technically nice, the problem with a long term thing is that people will have to be online for 2-3 hours every week at the same day and time. And real life can't always allow that
