sealed/draft discussion

What I would like to do, is have a competition. Each person must build 3 of the wackiest, most thematic characters they can make using ONLY epics/legendaries *(except for martial/divine/arcane skill)* and submit them to a thread. After all of the entries are collected, the best ones are voted for (minimum 3x # of players in the tournament), and then we have a tournament using those characters.

I'm not sure whether we get to draft (pick) the characters or just get assigned a random 3 characters that we have to build with their exact items, but it would be pretty wacky to see Bolg, Hawlic, Wym, Cedric, and more duke it out on the test server.
Anyone up for it?

 

Nice and thanks for all the feedback. I'm pretty sure the wiki can support publicly viewable booster blocks or any standalone draft system in the same vein as neoncat's tool. I'm after the shared pool draft engine tho and will see what can be done to make things happen. Thanks for reading.
