Purge cards got changed... again?

    Hi all!

I was matching PvP today when my warrior used Purging Strike (from Nova Axe). I copied the part below from the battle's log:

    Eleonora makes someone temporarily invulnerable
Aldebaran purges Eleonora of its attachments.
    Blind Rage added 2 damage.
Impenetrable Nimbus reduced damage to Eleonora by 5.
    Eleonora took 0 Crushing damage.

Meaning: the Purging Strike dealt no damage to a Nimbused enemy, although it removed the attachment PRIOR DOING THE DAMAGE. Or was it an error ?

The Purge rules changed again? Can I ask why, since Purging Strike is not an OP card by any means? Where is the announcement of the change(s)?

    Thank you!

EDIT: I edited this post in order to better clarify my doubt. :)

    This was unintentional.

I ran into a similar problem using Purging Strike on a zombie with the "deal 18 acid damage to everybody within 2 squares" card attached. I killed him and then the acid killed me. I expected the acid card to be removed first.

Flaxative, then it's safe to say you (the devs) are looking into this issue?
