Hello, I am a bit frustrated. I was finishing a level 6 adventure where I had a legendary treasure in the member bonus area. So, while on this screen, I purchased the Basic Edition via Paypal. Received my payment confirmation. I then hit collect and did not receive the bonus. Also, on the main map, it does not show that I am a club member and all treasure hunt adventures are still locked. I confirmed in the pizza store that it states I have purchased the basic edition. My game name is cataplexy. Cheers, Tom
Hi Tom/cataplexy, I'm sorry. It looks like something has glitched out on you here. I can't see exactly where it went wrong, but our database reports that the purchase occurred successfully but that you haven't been notified. If you close the game window and then log back in it should tell you about your purchase, and you should see that treasure hunts are unlocked, that you have club membership, and that if you are able to return to the loot screen then that your item is now available for you to collect.
