I am currently looking for more peasant builds; I'm using the two above to hover around 1300-1400 rating.

Any advice and criticism is appreciated.

  2. smg225

    smg225 Kobold

Other people will have more to say, and more useful I'm sure, but my first impression is: put a stolen torch where the militiaman's pikes are. maybe one of the three give a warrior's mace instead, just for variety.

eta: I know it's a rare item, but if you had any drow rapidities, they fit really well with dancing strike, essentially making them nimble strikes.

  3. Goodwin

    Goodwin Goblin Champion

you could of course "cheat" using bejeweled shortsword which is arguably way too powerful for a common.

  4. Sasoo8

    Sasoo8 Guild Leader

If you find St Darqar in game, talk to him about builds! He's dedicated to using commons/uncommons and has gotten as high as 1500's.

    Human Warrior 1
    Level 1 Human Warrior

    Human Wizard 1
    Level 1 Human Wizard

    Human Priest 1
    Level 6 Human Priest

This deck was built because of two reasons:
    1) I wanted to use Alpha Positioning
    2) I wanted to use Smoke Bombs

It doesn't work too well, though, wins about 40% of the time.

    Elf Priest 1
    Level 9 Elf Priest

    Elf Priest 2
    Level 1 Elf Priest

    Elf Priest 3
    Level 1 Elf Priest

This deck was built to use Silversmith & Inquisitor's strike together.
It seems decent, though the Priests are a bit squishy.

A deck that started with two Initiate's Glaive & Alpha Positioning.
After realizing that a Triple Human, War-Wiz-Priest Team with Triple Alpha Positioning *can* be decent, I've fiddled around a bit...
    This is the result.

It plays well; the wizard has lots of Control to move enemies & allies, the laser beacons synergize with Curse of Fragility. Similarly, the Flaring Torches - apart from being awesome against all the werewolves running around - also provide extra damage with Curse.

Even Gust of War deals 3 damage if combined with Curse...

Forcefields & Greater Heals keep my party alive - mostly.

A triple Dwarf-wizard deck originally created because I like Big Zap.

It has currently won me both games I've played with it, though I am currently around 1200-rating, so that probably doesn't mean much. It is quite fun to play, though.
