Retreat appears to move the user of the card despite pushing others, which contrary to what the card states. Tested with halt effect on user. (User couldn't move)
This needs clarification - It implies the one with retreat wouldnt be affected by encumber effects, but those effects are applied. This makes the card less attractive in effect then its text advertises, also this can decide matches in pvp.
