I never attack with AoA from the front, unless failing to get an immediate kill will lose the game. Sometimes, you just have to burn it as a regular attack in order to draw out the blocks. (Of course, I also run multiple War Crys and Slippery in my builds that use AoA.)

 

I lost a game to a Vicious thrust plus 2 AoAs killing my fresh dwarf wizard for 28. I didn't think he wouldn't at least get a chance to walk away! Part of the fun of playeing lower-ranked players is that you see a wider range of builds it's hard to allow for!

today was weird, did 3 matchs in a row where i played 3 1500ish ranked players..all with control-wiz (including mine version of wow and knifes) lost 2 won 1 but all 3 where rly balanced. im glade my version can go shoulder to shoulder againt some of those decks

but we missing varirity at those ranks
