    I heard something about a new filter for ettsc items for those with small screens? Can you confirm this rumor or is it more speculation?

    R3DS isn't going to come out for a long time, definitely not until after EttSC.
    PTD is a part of EttSC.
    CoC is something.

    R3DS is obviously Rogue 3 Dinosaurs, which will be a new, dominating MP build in the next expansion.
