"Flaxative - More CM figure art" "Flaxative - some CM monster decks" "Flaxative - CM module covers" https://twitter.com/RudolphoCH CM modules?!
Nono, module COVERS. Like with music covers, it means fan-based tributes. Shh, don't get your hopes up. It'll only get my hopes- Oh, dammit, too late.
I don't quite get the association between that and my comment, but okay. I already find TT enjoyable rather than frustrating... And yeah, already played around with that idea a bit. Looks like form shifts are pretty useful against bosses- Spark of Undeath is potentially remarkably potent, given its ability to reduce movement draw and attach blind rage both (AKA free 6 psychic damage each round ), combined with the removal of high potency draws. Add in form-increased ranged damage [like today's DD staff] and you get a rather potent way to deal with tough enemies that can both prevent the boss from using ranged attacks and from even getting at all close to you (other than as necessary for the range 4 Spark activations). Just bring an armor removal/control heavy wizard (or parry/sundering warrior), and two Spark/draw priests, and you can presumably troll any boss to death. Rather than Tyrant, I'm more curious to see how well the tactic fares against Blizzy...
Blizzy's harder because his armor doesn't allow attachments, actually they might backfire but I could be wrong, is the zombie form his card or yours?
You were talking about musical covers, so that made me think of modules using CM versions of their monsters, which is basically what WN does...
Leagues would also potentially use them, however. Does look promising for campaign content, though. ? Fingers crossed.
CM really stands for Complete Makeover! Replay the entire game, but this time, nobody gets equipment. You just all permanently have a Form attached, and so does every monster!
