Interesting, I just realized there's two solutions to the Medicine Runner (MM 7.3). @Flaxative is a sneaky fellow!

 

It's a pretty forgiving module—there are 2 main solutions but I think both of them allow for multiple possible Stone Pillar placements. You don't have to play the exact correct moves to win along either path.

 

I knew there were two ways to complete it and because I thought Flax had made it hard I decided to not risk entering through the door I healed the guy through the window

 

Huh, I thought I had checked and found it was impossible to heal through the window, so I always went through the door.
