If you could "fix" any one game, i mean make a change that would make the game even better, what game and what would you change? For me, it would be Fallout New Vegas. I would allow the use of more races. Wanna play as a deathclaw? How about a Super Mutant or a Ghoul? The possibilities are mind boggling!
No more forced online for Sim City! Heroes 6 in style of Heroes 3 and not like a facebook version of Heroes 5! The return of the old crossbows in Monster hunter! Ranked ARAM Queue in League of Legends! More good metal maps in Osu! (well I could change that, by making some xD) There are a whole lot of games I'd love to change a little...some I'd like to change completely! And there are a lot of sequels that should've never been realised in their current form (I hate Ubisoft for Heroes 6 ._.).. But after all there are a lot of players and I'm sure that there are also a lot of people, who don't like the stuff that I like, so I think it wouldn't be a good idea to let me change games
Well..they really failed at Sim City. They're lying to the community, forcing them to play online with a bad concept of a multiplayer and very small cities. The traffic system is complex in a bad way, so that it's bugging out everytime a city reaches ~70k citicens. Hills are ruining cities, watercrafts don't work well in most of the cities ....there's so much wrong with this game, even though it's still fun to play (till a city reaches a certain number of people living in it). Thank god, that a modder already found a way to avoid playing online and being able to build outside of the city! I'm curious how EA and Maxis want to excuse their obvious lies to the community
Dungeon defenders remove the ******ed gear and scale it back to how it was at launch but with the same ammount of cool maps as now
Fallen Enchantress: add multiplayer Baldurs Gate series: remake in a somewhat current engine(like DA:O) with complete voicing and a more current d&d ruleset(3.5,pathfinder,4...)...i kind of hate ad&d FTL: add more storylines...also let me see what those sectors are beforehand instead of just "hey this is hostile" Mass Effect 3: drop origin Mass Effect 2: story needs to make more sense from a character perspective...there is no way a paragon shepard would work for the IM...more likely you would use the opportunity to spy on him...and anyway...the whole shepard dies and is revived thing is kinda bull****...also all you get out of the rachni surving is a ****ing dialogue in 2 and a dropbox in 3 saying you got them also why didnt the reapers go ahead with their tried and proven strategy of shutting the ftl network down once they got control of the citadel...i really could go on for a while.... they really got their epic down well...but they gotta work on their storyboard more Etherlords 2: include alt+tab support Arcanum: make all stats meaningfull...especially if they are really high...there just is no point in leveling beauty because no one even ****ing notices a goddess is walking next to them...the other stats at least influence mechanics a lot...would be cool if exceedingly high amounts would influence dialogue...like who would mug or insult your str 20 guy...he could probably hit you with a train...
Reminds me of: Ubisoft -> Drop that damn UPlay EA -> Stop copying Steam in a bad way! Microsoft -> Nobody wants to login in another online game manager, even though they're playing on Steam! Gawd...those companies are doing it wrong! This is ruining a lot of games actually! Origin is still the worst...
Seems a lot of the "linked" games like the uplay system just aren't doing it right yet. Really not everyone wants that "added content" especially when it's often just added headache.
Valkyrie Profile setting/casts in Vanilla Soft's games (Odin Sphere, Muramasa) (well, both Odin Sphere and VP are based on Norse mythology, but still) Extra plus if it allows for multiplayer play too (the party follows Valkyrie whenever she switch map, but when a fight start everyone's free to go murder anything)
Interesting, so many people these days want to take multiplayer out of games. I for one miss some of the solid single player/local coop game options.
