Good evening, After playing and recieving my prize earlier this afternoon I went and updated my windows 8.1 to windows 10. A few hours later, at night (just now), I won and it said I did not have a membership to claim my prize. Since I had a few extra slices I bought another week. Could someone look this up for me, It is really bad to lose 4 days of membership and being forced to use the few slices I had left to buy another week. I look foward to recieving support.
