Is the fairy still at Woodhome, or did the tracker not get reset?

 

I'm sure enough it's the latter to have just now reset the tracker.

 

I just checked Return to Woodhome on the test server and Looty is not there. It has previously been located at the same place on the test server as on the live server so I'd say Looty has moved as per usual.

 

I just found Looty at The White Star (level 6).
