Haven't seen an epic from the fairy in weeks, but i got a legendary treasure in the first common chest, so she and i are cool.

 

LF marked in Cockroaches, but it wasn't there when I checked it. Changing to Confirmed Absent and continuing the hunt.

 

I can confirm that it wasn't at Cockroaches as well.

 

The Loot Fairy is in The Pools of Slime. (That sounds kind of bad, doesn't it?)
