Item (Softener) did not appear in inventory

    Similar to another post, I opened a Rare Citadel chest, and I don't think I got any of the items.
    One was Softener, and I wanted to equip immediately, and then noticed its not there, don't remember
    what others were. Is there any way to fix this or find out what happened?
