If I see you on again I'll grab you for this. I like my wall wiz build. It got put on the shelf after the change to the crypt maps and now with these new maps it's also not so great, but still fun!

If it is a cone spell it will go through, also if it is their wall they can see through.

Just an FYI for those who don't know - this thread is from WAY earlier in the beta, when illusionary wall was horribly broken.

The way it used to work is that the illusionary tiles themselves could not be targeted for any sort of attack, meaning that if you huddled your team together on the VPs and dropped illusionary walls on them, your team would be completely immune. To everything - you could even target the tile they were standing on to change them to something else.

This has since been changed, so the stuff we're talking about at the beginning of the thread doesn't really apply anymore.

Wall Of Illusions does not effect the casters party, but it does their opponents characters. So, if your opponent casts it then they can see through and move through the terrain freely; while your characters will not be able to see though it or move through it without stopping.

Wall Of Illusions, as Neofalcon said, has since it was last changed falling into obscurity and is rarely, if ever, used.

And if any newbies are wondering what we're talking about, the card's name is actually Wall Of Illusion, though the thumbnail image says Illusion Wall. (And this is the first time I noticed it only affects enemies.)

Remember that cone attacks don't require sighting. If that's the case it's WAI.
