If step attacks weren't so OP I'd be running a Balanced Rapier on every warrior. People are often way too over reliant on parry and HtPD. You can really take them by surprise with Skillful Strike, especially since nobody uses it. Tested it some with pretty good results, but step is too good to give up. Also, as far as no token helms, I'm a big fan of Shimmering Helm if you can get one. Really discourages wizards from targeting your warrior. Though if I had Cedric's I'd use it.
Maybe I missed some posts, but is Tough Leather Cap mentioned before? This is the ONLY helmet I found with an AOA.
That's because it's the only helmet with All Out Attack (click the Expand link). It's a very important item to be sure.
