Maybe. The loot fairy occasionally lands in the same place two consecutive days. I suspect the bandit does the same.
I thought the bandit couldn't land in the same location twice in a row although, if that's the case, that's good to know.
Well, certainly one of the possibilities is true - either the Bandit can show up in the same place twice in a row, or it moves out of synch with the Loot Fairy. Or there's a local temporal distortion. If I experience four Thursdays in a row or something I'll report back.
Where did you get the idea that he couldn't? That's never been claimed anywhere I've seen. A (speculative) mechanism preventing it has never been even mentioned let alone implemented as far as we know. What has been mentioned is that he's never in the same location as Looty at the same time but that's all.
