In The Viscous Tombs: Part 1, The Aftermath," Gary's "haiku" isn't actually a haiku. Haiku are structurally 5, 7, 5, but Gary's was 6,7,6.
That's quite a sneaky miss! If you find any similar dialogue mishaps, I suggest adding them to this thread. Also, I did a search and found someone reported the same issue a year ago - guess it's been forgotten. Might be hard to constitute as a bug, but if it's unintentional it's hardly a feature is it? (hence the move).
