Has anyone had the game start over from the beginning on them? It just happened to me. Is this a usual thing or what? Are all my cards safe somewhere?
It would help if you described what happened in more detail. Do you mean the tutorial started again from the beginning? You fought Greenfang the dragon again? Are you sure you didn't create a new account instead of logging into your old one? There have been no reports like this for at least six months if ever, so no, it's not usual. I'm sure your items are safe on your account. You could maybe check the email you got when you registered for the game and see if you got a new one like that just now.
I've answered your pm Braja, and the likeliest reason is that all accounts reset when the beta period ended. However, it's hard to say since you don't specify when you last played. If you played recently (since september), then you should contact support via the mail I supplied. (also moving this issue to support)
Just to reply to Jarmo in case it helps. Yes the tutorial started again, and yes I am sure I didn't make a new account. I started playing not more than a month ago and had level 8 characters in the campaign. I have already emailed support now as per Pengwins advice.
Ok, thanks for the info, I'm sure support will be able to take care of your problem. Sounds like the account was reset for some strange reason.
