In a multiplayer game, what controls the font size of the player names in the top left hand corner? I just set-up a new PC and run Chrome (as I did on my old PC) and I noticed the player names there are now much larger than they used to be. But my Chrome settings are the same as far as I know. I looked at a video Flaxative posted of multiplayer and he too has the large player names. I kind of preferred them smaller. Any ideas? This is what it used to look like: This is what it looks like now:
I'm just guessing - but might this be some kind of flash setting? Maybe the game's using standardized flash font sizes somewhere.
How could I check the settings? I would assume if this was the issue, then the player names in the lobby would also be effected, because in-game they are normally the same size and font as they are in the lobby, but the lobby looks as normal to me.
Have you tried adjusting your browser font size during the game? That's really quite bizarre. Have you tried it in Firefox to the same issue?
It's the same larger font in Firefox too. I would guess it's some kind of universal setting somewhere as Flax is having the same issue (although he probably didn't even notice if he's not bothered by tiny things like this like I am). Changing browser font settings actually doesn't effect any CH text, names or otherwise.
