Have you tried this in Chrome or Firefox at all? Is it specific to Safari? I've just tried it on my Mac on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox (latest Flash version) and everything is working okay. 10.6.8 is an old update (2011) so it's hard for us to properly support it without going back to that specific update on an existing computer.
