Hallo. I bought a Epic Chest for 150 pizzas but forgot to push a "Open Chest" button. Have i lost all items?
Nope, all items should be in your inventory automatically. Have you checked your inventory? Might be hard to verify if you have a lot of items though and you don't recall what you got.
Have you returned to the chest shop and looked if the chest is still open? Close+reset could help if that is the case. Have your pizza amount decreased? Restarted client? (just narrowing things down) If you still feel like you're missing a chest I'm sure a dev will track it for you when they get back on their shift.
Either they'll see this thread or I suggest PM'ing Jon about it - look in the announcement subforum if you can't find him. They're usually very prompt and take these issues seriously.
Yeah, same here - euro based myself. Devs usually pop in 1-2 hours before midnight. So at latest you should have heard something when you wake up.
