The level 18 module with the Ice Dragon is Black Plume Mountain, not Secret of the Elder Mind. Always War Cry before Boiling Armor. The "Immediately" keywords will make sure no blocks gets through. The block and armor card of the dragon provide insane value. The most effective strategy is to remove them before you begins attacking.
