I'm sorry I don't have a log, but it was the end of the game, after this action the game ended, that's why.

    Situation:

My priest: Dodge. Facing opponent's warrior.
Opponent's warrior: Pulverizing Bludgeon x2, All Out Attack

The warrior attacks the priest. Dodge procs. All Out Attack can't be seen in my opponent's hand, as it doesn't trigger on a dodged attack.
My priest moves back to the tile previously taken.
The warrior attacks the priest again, this time All Out Attack appears, because Dodge failed.

Is this behavior intended? If yes, then that kiiinda puts a bad light on Reflexive Teleport, given how similar the card is.

Yes,Only when the strike is executed and not prevented from anything hiting the target, the All Out Attack will trigger.
Same thing can happen with Large Weapon attached on the attacker, when the roll fails the attack is canceled,Uncanny Dodge and even Swarm Of Bats
