disconnect

    Hi there Cardhunter team,

    Thanks for this great free game, and bday gifts!

    I havre noticed that even though I have Cable intnernet, and a high-level pc, I still get disconnects from multiplayer games.

    My oopponents also seem to disconnect fairly regularly.

    Ofcourse, ts nice to win sometimes for free, but also frustrating to either win or lose by this issue, especially when you or your oppoent have worked so hard to get their just reward.

    It wil souhnd rude, but even though this game is free, I feel that disconnects leading to inactivity timeout wins or losses simply shoud not happen, and defintely not happen so often as lately.

    I'm guessing you are having server roblems atm, because literlaly half the games I join my foe just disconnects straight awauy, while I have to wait there to "earn" my reward. Maybe there should be an "inactivity loot fairy"? ;))

    I've been having extremely slow performance (5-6 seconds to discard a card - per card, played cards hanging on the screen for 8 seconds, etc.) for much of the day. CH has been disconnecting and allowing me to log in, but immediately goes to the "connection is down" message. It got better for a little while when I used a proxy in the EU, but that's probably a coincidence because I've tried other proxies, and direct, and still can't get to the campaign.
    Meanwhile other websites work fine.
    I've deleted cache, cold rebooted, and forced a reload. Still no-go. Lousy time for it. :(

    Edit: Another purge and reload, and it seems to be working again.

    And now it's back to the solid "No Connection" message. And it's past my bedtime. If it continues, I'll e-mail support.

    I haven't had any troubles in the game, but I've recently had a few disconnects here on the forums.

    We had a higher than normal load over the weekend, but nothing that should have caused any problems. Is anyone still experiencing issues connection or with lag?

    No thanks Jon. Whyu do you think there were these disconnects which occured ? Do you think there is a chance this can occur again?
